SSP Engineering have trade qualified welders and welders who are certified for a number of weld procedures and techniques on carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium, meaning we are comfortable we can satisfy any client specific quality assurance requirements. Where required we are able to provide quality assurance documentation to verify all works are completed to client specifications.
We are able to develop and provide weld procedures for our works along with evidence of welder qualifications to undertake any specific procedure. Where required we can engage independent welding inspectors to undertake non-destructive testing of our welds and provide documentation to confirm standards have been achieved.
We have welders qualified in ASME 9 – pipe welding procedures, for large bore and small bore stainless steel and carbon steel. Our welders are able to undertake works in our workshop or as required for any on site welding. Please refer to Certified Welding for more information on welding qualifications and procedures.
We have in house CAD drafting capability which allows us to provide shop drawings as part of a specific project to allow for review and signoff prior to manufacture.
